My Enchanted Garden

Fully Enclosed!

My house faces north and has a deck on the back.  My backyard which faces south is fully enclosed!  There is an 8 ft. wooden fence to the east, a 6 1/2 ft. wooden fence to the west, a detached garage to the south, and the deck and house to the north.  When I'm in the backyard, no one can see me unless they are in a helicopter!   I have a fire pit back there and my mother's wooden swing on a frame.

The deck is covered and there is a covered, brick walkway that leads from the deck to the detached garage.  The detached garage was once a double garage with two huge overhead doors, but one side was converted into an apartment before I moved here.  My son lives in the apartment.  I do not have any trees in my backyard, but pecan trees from the neighbor's yard keeps it pretty shady.  I am thinking about adding an ornamental cherry tree...we'll see.
